The working files and the playbook behind my own delivery pipeline. Not a course but the actual system: download, quickstart, and before dinner you review your first agent-built pull request.

01 · Three layers, one system

What is the Agent Delivery Kit?

Files you run, not videos you watch. The kit is the pipeline from the blog series, in three layers: the system itself, the path through it, and the thinking behind it.

Layer 01 · Run it

The working system

A small wind-up toy robot with a folder under its arm and a red key on its back.

The complete machine, ready to switch on. It watches your issue list, hands the work to an agent and reports back, while you watch.

Every part comes as a fill-in template; nothing to build from scratch.

The playbook

An open spiral-bound manual with a red bookmark ribbon.

One clear path from download to your first agent-built issue, in about thirty minutes. Whether you start fresh or plug into an existing project.

Including how to write issues an agent can actually build, and what to do when something breaks.

Layer 03 · Understand it

The concept guide

A wooden box of blank index cards with one red card as a divider.

The thinking behind every design choice, as a reference in about twenty short chapters. So you never follow steps you do not understand.

Why the work always gets checked, and why you have the last word and not the agent.

Who the kit is for and not for.

Works well if
  • You run Laravel projects and want agents to do real work, not just a demo.
  • You are new to agents, not to code. Every step explains what happens and why.
  • You work on macOS (where it runs in production) or Linux; Windows via WSL2.
This is not
  • It is not a course or a video series, but the system itself, with explanation.
  • Issue trackers other than Linear are not connected yet; a generic gate template is included for other stacks.
  • Native Windows is not supported, and that is labelled honestly.

How does that Friday afternoon go?

Five moments between two and half past five. Every step says what is happening and why, never just a command to paste and hope.

What can you verify?

This is not a product I made to sell. It is the system I work in every day, and you can see it before you buy anything.

This site was built this way

Agents pick up tasks from my backlog, open their own branch and deliver the work as a pull request. I specify, review and merge, with the same pipeline that is in the kit.

05 · Before you ask

Any questions?

The questions that always come up, with short answers. If yours is not here, send it along below.

What exactly do I get?

A zip download plus an invite to a private repo: the daemon, config and service templates, the GitHub Actions workflow, the Linear setup, the status contract, and the full playbook with concept guide. Working files, no videos.

Do I need to be an AI expert?

No, that is what the kit is for. If you can run a Laravel project, the thirty-minute quickstart takes you to your first agent-built issue. Every step explains what happens and why.

Does it work on Windows?

Via WSL2, using the included Linux (systemd) template. The kit is tested on macOS, where it runs in production. Native Windows is not supported; the appendix says so honestly.

What about other trackers or stacks?

Linear and Laravel first; that is the production setup. A generic gate template is included for other stacks, and adapting it is documented. Other issue trackers are not connected yet.

How do updates work?

The private repo is the source of truth. As long as the system runs in my own production, improvements land there. Pull whenever you like; no subscription.

Can I use this for client projects?

Yes: set it up for as many of your own and client projects as you like. Reselling or redistributing the kit itself is not allowed.

The system I work in every day.

The pipeline in this kit builds my own products, in my own production, daily. Updates keep coming as long as that is the case; they land in the private repo. Do not take my word for it: the blog series shows the system working, issue by issue. Read first, buy later.
